Position Overview

Are you interested in a security career? Our client – a large, well-known company in Monroe, Mi – is now hiring a security guard to protect its premises and personnel. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring safety by patrolling and monitoring buildings and surrounding areas, preventing incidents such as theft or violence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms promptly.
• Control access by monitoring people entering and exiting the building.
• Patrol the property on foot or by car, as required, to prevent or stop incidents.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure safety protocols.
• Handle secure activities, including cash handling, when necessary.
• Apprehend or detain individuals who pose a security threat.
