Position Summary:

As an Account Executive at Zego, you will be instrumental in accelerating our business growth. You will identify and build relationships with potential clients in the multifamily industry, understand their specific operational challenges, and showcase how Zego’s platform can provide tangible value to their properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing for mid-market and enterprise multifamily property management companies.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to ascertain client needs and align Zego’s solutions with their goals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations to stakeholders, including Property Managers, VPs, and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in real estate, property tech, or fintech.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • A proactive self-starter with a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the multifamily real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with property management technologies (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio).
