We are seeking an Office Assistant who enjoys supporting people, staying organized, and ensuring the healthcare office runs smoothly so that clinicians can focus on what matters most – caring for patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director with daily office operations and administrative needs
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional office environment
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including coordination of orientation and paperwork
  • Manage PTO calendars for field and office staff
  • Maintain an accurate employee roster
  • Order and track office supplies and equipment
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards
  • Support communication between office staff, leadership, and clinical teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support branch success

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Clear reading, writing, and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team
