As a Recruiting Operations Associate on our Investment Recruiting team, you will help us attract and engage top undergraduate talent by facilitating a seamless recruiting experience and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the process. Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 per year (inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus, with base salary expected to be 80%-90% of the range). Location: Hybrid – alternating onsite between our NYC and Westport campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with your team to develop the most effective methods for finding, attracting, and assessing talent.
- Ensure candidates progress smoothly and efficiently through the recruiting process.
- Engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through strong written and verbal communication.
- Apply exceptional time management skills to balance deadlines while managing multiple information streams.
- Track candidate data and event metrics and analyze the information to inform your decisions.
- Build cross-departmental relationships and acquire proficiency with the company’s internal systems.
- Step back from daily tasks to systemize processes and improve overall team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (any field of study).
- Experience Required: 1+ year of professional experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Schedule: Hybrid, with an onsite requirement alternating between our NYC and Westport campuses.
