Position Overview
As a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager at Honeywell, you will be a key leader responsible for driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working on a hybrid schedule from one of our BA Strategic Locations, you will leverage your extensive experience to analyze market trends, identify customer insights, and execute data‑driven campaigns that enhance customer relationships and strengthen Honeywell’s industry leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of individual contributors in developing and executing customer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales and product management to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide data‑driven insights.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for optimization.
- Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing communications.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop customer‑focused sales enablement materials.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
