Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across three fast-growing healthcare and wellness brands: Dr. Ferrer BioPharma, Ferrer Pulmonary Institute, and Moxie Health Group.
This position is ideal for a team member who has proven themselves as an intern and is now stepping into a more accountable, ownership-driven role. The Marketing Coordinator will support campaign execution, content development, event coordination, and brand consistency across digital platforms and community outreach efforts.
This is not a passive assistant role — it is an active, hands-on position for someone ready to grow into a strategic marketing professional by mastering execution, organization, and creative production.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Social Media & Digital Execution
- Coordinate and publish social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook for all three brands.
- Support short-form video creation including filming, editing, captioning, and trend-based content development.
- Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, shares) and maintain daily community interaction.
- Assist with influencer coordination, PR outreach, and campaign follow-up tracking.
- Prepare weekly analytics summaries and recommend improvements based on performance.
- 2. Content & Creative Asset Development
- Design branded marketing materials (flyers, signage, brochures, event collateral) using Canva and Adobe with approved templates.
- Assist with blog promotion, newsletter formatting, and patient-facing educational content.
- Maintain accuracy across all online brand touchpoints (bios, LinkTrees, directories, Google Business Profiles).
- Organize creative files, ensuring assets are properly labeled and accessible in Google Drive.
- 3. Events, Conferences & Field Marketing
- Support planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, health fairs, and community activations.
- Prepare event kits including banners, printed materials, product samples, QR codes, and giveaways.
- Assist with post-event deliverables such as recap content, photo uploads, and marketing impact summaries.
- Participate in grassroots outreach efforts to build partnerships with clinics, gyms, pharmacies, schools, and wellness groups.
- 4. Marketing Operations & Project Support
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign checklists, and internal project timelines.
- Support market research across healthcare trends, competitor positioning, and Amazon/e-commerce performance.
- Assist with Amazon listing updates, keyword tracking, and review monitoring for BioPharma products.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed (print, influencers, freelancers).
- 5. Internal Culture & Employer Brand Support
- Assist with internal communications including employee highlights, celebrations, announcements, and newsletters.
- Support planning for staff events, appreciation moments, and team culture initiatives.
- Help capture behind-the-scenes content that reflects company mission and community.
Performance Standards & Key Metrics (Coordinator Expectations)
- 1. Content & Posting Consistency
- 4–6 posts per week per account
- Aligned with the content calendar
- 2. On-Time Marketing Execution
- 95% on-time completion rate
- 3. Engagement & Growth Contribution
- 5–10% increase in social engagement quarterly (team-based KPI)
- 4. Creative Accuracy & Brand Quality
- 90% approval within 1–2 review rounds
- 5. Event & Campaign Readiness
- 100% event kit readiness at least 3 days prior to major events

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (internships included).
- Strong proficiency in Canva; basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.) preferred.
- Knowledge of platform best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands, deadlines, and creative workflows.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a larger strategic marketing role.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
