Location: United States (Remote – EST Hours)

Duration: 7 Months

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to define and communicate how organizational capabilities are positioned in the market. This role is responsible for translating complex solutions into clear customer value, enabling sales teams with effective messaging, and ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across offerings, industries, and partner technologies.

The PMM will work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and partner teams to drive alignment and support go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities:

Capability Positioning

  • Define and maintain value propositions, differentiation, and messaging for assigned capabilities
  • Clearly articulate how solutions address customer challenges

Sales Enablement

  • Develop messaging, playbooks, and materials to support sales conversations
  • Enable sales teams to effectively communicate solution value

Industry Alignment

  • Tailor messaging for key industries
  • Develop industry-specific use cases and positioning

Partner Integration

  • Collaborate with partner and alliance teams to incorporate partner technologies into solutions
  • Define joint value propositions and integrated messaging

Go-to-Market Support

  • Provide strategic messaging direction for campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Support market outreach efforts with clear positioning

Market Feedback Loop

  • Gather insights from sales and solution teams
  • Identify messaging gaps and continuously refine positioning

Success in this role includes:

  • Sales teams clearly understand and communicate capability positioning
  • Customers easily grasp the value of solutions
  • Consistent messaging across capabilities, industries, and partner ecosystems
  • Marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or go-to-market strategy
  • Proven ability to translate complex services or technologies into clear customer value
  • Experience supporting and enabling sales teams with messaging and materials
  • Strong expertise in building positioning, value propositions, and sales narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, alliances, marketing)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
