Marketing Specialist (Bilingual)

Position Overview

Our client in the telecommunications space is seeking an entry-level Marketing Production Associate to join their team! In this role, you will coordinate with third-party creative agencies, manage marketing collateral from concept to completion, and independently drive partner relationships forward. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with an onsite expectation of 4 days per week. Applicants will be offered compensation of $25 - $28 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all partner engagement materials and meetings: slideware, marketing collateral, websites, meeting coordination/agendas, etc.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications on all publicly released materials.
• Manage presence and team coordination at tradeshows and conferences.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product on POC Partner engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Proven track record in managing marketing collateral development through third-party creative agencies.
• Ability to independently engage with third parties and manage partner relationships.
