Job Description

Position Overview

Human resource assistants are the behind-the-scenes collaborators and colleagues who support HR directors and managers with a variety of administrative tasks. They are involved with nearly all programs and services related to a company's human resources division, including documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information. Beyond administrative duties, HR assistants often participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees by posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing candidates of their hiring status. They also handle tasks such as scheduling office holiday parties and managing travel arrangements for company executives.

Key Responsibilities
