Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Plans & Execution
    • Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and hands-on program management of demand and lead generation tactics, to include all online and offline channels (.com, .net, Client apps, search, email, direct mail, paid media, cross-channel, bill statement, service centers, events, etc.)
    • Cross-functional coordination across partner, corporate, divisional, regional and 3rd party service providers/vendors
    • Marketing budget development and expense management
  • Sales Channel Development
    • Development and ongoing support of alternate sales channels
    • Channels include, but not limited to, Client service centers, Care, in-home tech support, regional promotional events, and Client mobile applications
  • Program Analysis
    • Development and support of all required program and campaign tracking methodologies
    • Ongoing weekly, monthly and holistic campaign and channel performance and analysis
