Position Overview

The Ronin Society is a trusted partner for small businesses seeking expert financial consulting. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Account Executive to drive the sales of our financial consulting packages. In this role, you’ll work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique financial challenges and present customized solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential small business clients via cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our financial consulting services.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and recommend the right financial consulting packages that align with their business goals and challenges.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the client while meeting sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including financial consultants and marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and client needs to position The Ronin Society as a trusted financial advisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong knowledge of small business challenges, financial services, and business operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and clients from various industries.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
