Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst

Position Overview

Join our Digital Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team as a cybersecurity specialist focused on ensuring secure cloud environments in GCP and AWS. You will partner with engineering teams to design robust security configurations, monitor systems for vulnerabilities, and manage compliance efforts such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, all while working within a dynamic and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to design and enforce secure configurations and network controls in GCP and AWS
• Continuously monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities and anomalous activity
• Validate and investigate alerts from MDR/MSSP and AI detection systems, leading incident response efforts
• Own evidence collection and control validation for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance
• Manage vendor security assessments and produce regular reports on the threat landscape and cloud security posture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with proven experience in cloud security and incident response
• Familiarity with MDR/MSSP workflows and escalation processes
• Strong expertise in GCP security (IAM, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Logging/Monitoring)
• Proficiency in threat detection, log analysis, and incident response workflows in cloud environments
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams, auditors, and legal counsel

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Security Engineer Certification, CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent
