Job Description

Position Overview

The Analyst, Business plays a crucial role in supporting business operations by analyzing requirements and identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions within the organization. This position involves evaluating current practices, recommending improvements, and effectively communicating insights to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current Call Center practices and functions, collecting information and analyzing industry trends to determine organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate the company's current functions and business structures.
  • Recommend and provide insights for new projects/programs by analyzing the organization's requirements.
  • Make recommendations and improve systems by studying the products.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; analyze and summarize the information and trends into technical reports.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Handle moderately complex issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Practical knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business structures and mortgage knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CX1.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial/mortgage industry.
