Position Overview

At BCM One, we are searching for energetic and people-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing Marketing team. In this entry‐level role, you will be the first voice potential clients hear—sparking conversations, uncovering opportunities, and introducing technology solutions that transform businesses. This role is offered on a hybrid or remote basis from select U.S. office locations (Grand Rapids, MI; Herndon, VA; Alpharetta, GA; Blue Bell, PA; or New York, NY). Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time with minimal travel (less than 5% annually).

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and connect on LinkedIn to spark conversations with enterprise customers.
  • Research organizations, identify key decision-makers, and gather business intelligence to target the right prospects.
  • Engage with potential clients by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Uncover pain points and position BCM One’s enterprise voice and managed connectivity solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by shadowing sales calls and learning from experienced professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • Some degree of professional or leadership experience (campus club leadership counts!)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Outgoing personality with an excellent phone presence and confidence speaking to decision makers
  • Resilient attitude with the ability to bounce back from rejection
  • Organized, gritty, and target-driven
  • Active listener with a curious, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, German, Italian) is a plus
