Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services under BCBA supervision using evidence-based interventions.
• Work with children with Autism in clients’ homes or community-based settings in and around New York, NY.
• Participate in a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course before hire.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain flexibility and autonomy over your schedule to balance work and personal life.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course before hire.
• Passion for helping children with Autism and making a meaningful difference.
• Current student or New York, NY resident preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or education in psychology, special education, childcare, education, or human services.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
