Job Description

Position Overview

Transworld Business Advisors - Rocky Mountain, the top business brokerage firm in the Rocky Mountains and the number one Transworld franchise location in the world, is seeking aB2B Sales Representative. You will support the sales efforts for our sister company, Exit Factor, by managing and cultivating client leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales for our online courses, including Prep to Sell. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in growing our business in Colorado, assisting family-owned and closely-held businesses with their strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate the current list of client leads through proactive sales outreach
  • Utilize creative ideas to re-engage leads in the CRM system
  • Track and manage all client activity within the sales CRM
  • Qualify leads via phone and connect them with our broker team
  • Communicate regularly with the President regarding lead status and sales activity
  • Generate new lead opportunities through cold calling and outreach
  • Manage time effectively to maximize productivity

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role within a fast-growing organization is a plus
  • Highly organized and motivated with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter with a drive to exceed company sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with sharp attention to detail
  • Experience working within a sales CRM

  • Compensation:Base salary plus commission with an estimated total between $60,000 and $100,000, depending on performance
