Job Description

Position Overview

Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative at Transdev in Oakland, California. In this role, you will act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service–oriented individuals dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses, providing accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
  • Document trip authorizations and details such as transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis).
