Position Overview
IT Project Manager at Full Circle Health Network in Los Angeles, CA – a full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week) with a hybrid work model and statewide impact. As a strategic IT leader, you will drive high-impact technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster innovation across the organization. You will coordinate complex IT projects, work collaboratively with leadership, and support process improvement while occasionally traveling for conferences, onsite meetings, or statewide engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop IT plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring risk management and on-time delivery.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to advocate for IT integration and adoption.
- Supervise IT staff and support hiring and performance processes where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
- Coordinate IT service delivery with internal teams and external vendors.
- Promote change management and drive user adoption of new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, including strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
- Proven ability to lead and influence both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
