Position Overview
PrideStaff MIAMI is looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in recruiting, negotiating, communicating, and problem solving to join our dynamic Miami team. Reporting to the Owner/Branch Manager, the Staffing Consultant is responsible for recruiting, selecting, hiring, and supervising Field Associates while matching employer needs with candidate capabilities.
In this role, you will develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for temporary or temporary-to-perm placements, conduct interviews, administer employment tests, and partner with our sales team on various recruiting projects.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit administrative, customer service, IT, finance, legal, healthcare, and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
- Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
- Interview candidates and administer evaluations to determine their skill levels.
- Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing communication with both clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service.
- Develop and grow PrideStaff’s client base by selling staffing solutions for temporary and full-time positions.
- Manage walk-in traffic and phone calls to efficiently screen candidates.
- Conduct telephone calls and one-on-one meetings with key managers and senior executives to provide staffing solutions and nurture existing client relationships.
- Identify potential clients by reaching out to prospects in the area.
- Perform recruiting functions including networking, job advertisement creation, internet posting, and leveraging PrideStaff’s internal CRM resources to attract candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Two years proven experience in a similar role (Recruiter, HR, Staffing).
- Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to sustain high levels of satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
