Business Analyst - Junior (Remote)

Position Overview

Landen is an organic skincare brand established in Denmark, Copenhagen in 2020. We create hair and body care products made from botanical ingredients. With gentle, yet effective formulations and a focus on minimalist design, Landen believes in encouraging positive habits of wellbeing. We are looking for an Entry Level Business Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will facilitate business process improvement, product development, and innovation by investigating, analysing, reviewing, and documenting both functional and non-functional business specifications. You will manage the requirements development process—from elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements—to support the overall requirements management, and coordinate as well as project manage the implementation and/or integration of new products or features, including user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements and IT solutions
• Analyse the impact of technology changes on current business processes and existing technology
• Document requirements and break down complex initiatives following agile/MVP principles
• Champion UI/UX best practices during design and development
• Coordinate solution delivery via sprints across planning, refining, developing, testing, and releasing activities
• Negotiate scope changes with the Scrum team and the business sponsors
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and foster change management activities
• Analyse system defects and assist in the verification and validation of fixes
• Work with QA to develop and/or review test plans and assist with testing as required

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with stakeholder management experience
• Sound problem solving skills
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Curious mindset that thrives on learning new things
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (desirable)
• Experience working in an agile environment
