Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple engineering disciplines including Material Review, Stress, Design, Propulsion Analysis, Material and Process, and Research & Development.
- Create and approve engineering solutions for production and repairs.
- Perform stress analysis and structural assessments for airframe components.
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with engineering standards and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Aerospace, Civil, Mechanical, or related) from an ABET accredited program or equivalent international accreditation.
- 2+ years of engineering experience for Associate Engineer, 5+ years for Mid-Level Engineer, or 10+ years for Senior Engineer roles.
- Proven experience in material review, structural design, or analysis of metallic/composite structures and manufacturing processes.
- Strong computer skills including engineering applications (e.g., CATIA, FEM tools) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
