Job Description
Position Overview
As a Senior Marketing & Communications Analyst at Definitive Logic Corporation in Arlington, VA, you will join ManTech’s Digital Transformation Division (DTD) to help drive new business and support internal and external communications. This role is integral to elevating our brand, crafting impactful messaging, and ensuring our marketing strategy aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Creates and manages marketing plans and collateral to build brand awareness for DTD’s solution offerings.
- Assists the DTD growth team and Practice/Portfolio leaders in planning social media campaigns to promote organizational capabilities, services, and solutions.
- Develops new marketing material for campaigns across social media, trade shows/conferences, websites, and other venues.
- Conducts detailed ROI analyses of campaign results, customer demographics, and market conditions to optimize strategies.
- Provides customer and competitor insights to support marketing and strategy development.
- Communications
- Generates ideas and strategies to promote the organization's mission via social media.
- Develops and manages social media campaigns.
- Monitors press coverage, cultivates key media contacts, and represents the organization with external partners and community agencies.
- Writes and disseminates news releases and suggests feature ideas for social media and websites.
- Organizes press coverage through various media channels and supports the development of public relations strategies.
- May serve as the senior public relations representative with project management responsibilities.
- Proposal Development
- Designs and executes advertising campaigns targeting key stakeholders (e.g. Source Selection Committee).
- Opportunity Capture
- Collaborates with the Capture Manager to design and execute advertising campaigns targeting key stakeholders.
- Works with Capture Manager and Director Talent Acquisition & Resource Management to support recruiting and incumbent capture through targeted campaigns.
- Events
- Plans and coordinates industry event management per defined processes, including:
- ManTech/DTD-sponsored face-to-face events with speakers.
- ManTech/DTD-sponsored face-to-face events without speakers.
- Co-branded webinars with Technology Partners (e.g., AWS, MSFT, OneStream, Oracle).
- Demand Creation / Marketing Campaigns
- Plans, designs, targets, launches, executes, and evaluates campaigns for specific solution offerings.
- Oversees external marketing via social media, DL website, and collateral.
- Coordinates quarterly Tech2 Briefs and dissemination of Thought Leadership content.
- Supports employer branding and recruitment advertisement initiatives as directed.
- Manages outbound monthly and weekly DL newsletters.
- Internal Communications
- Documents success stories via videos, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Announces contract wins (net new and on-contract growth) and communicates these successes across the Division and Company on social media (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Assists in preparing and coordinating content for weekly “News Beat” meeting agendas.
- Brand/Collateral Updates
- Coordinates with the ManTech corporate MarCom team.
- Supports the semi-annual update of all DTD marketing collateral (e.g., capability briefings, one-page sheets).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience performing marketing and communications for Government contracting firm(s).

- CMS experience with WordPress and SEO.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
- MailChimp experience for newsletters.
