The Entry-Level Financial Specialist position is perfect for someone passionate about cultivating long-lasting relationships and with a strong interest in financial data, estate planning, business administration, mutual funds, and related fields. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 at plan annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships within local communities
  • Engage in a top-notch training program within the financial services industry
  • Analyze cash flow, income, financial status, and other wealth management aspects to assist clients in defining and achieving financial objectives
  • Act as a reliable advisor for newly acquired clients, utilizing proactive measures to identify and establish prospects
  • Devise sustainable financial solutions tailored to clients' long-term needs
  • Provide support to clients in reaching their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment suggestions

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator with a commitment to providing outstanding client service
  • Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or consultant, with a strong interest in financial products and the industry
  • Familiarity with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • FINRA licenses are a plus, but not required
