 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for deployment and monitoring;</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Write and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles;</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Monitor systems, logs, and alerts to proactively identify issues before they impact customers;</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems;</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Contribute to process improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and support efficiency.</li>
