In this Customer Service Representative role, you will join the Customer Service department to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction for homecare services. You will answer incoming calls, respond to service related questions, complete required documentation, and escalate calls as needed. This role offers a competitive compensation range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about services and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of prior experience in customer service preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
