About the Role

We are looking for a creative and internet-native Social Media Strategist to help grow our brands through content, community, and culture.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just follow trends — you understand why content works and know how to turn insights into better ideas. You’ll help shape our content direction by researching trends, analyzing performance, developing campaign ideas, and collaborating with our creative team.

You will work closely with creators, content producers, and our paid media agency to test ideas, improve content, and build brands that people genuinely connect with.

Portfolio or relevant social media work samples required (applications without portfolio/work samples will not be considered).

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and manage social content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Lead the content planning process, including content calendars, campaign ideas, and content plans.
  • Analyze content performance, trends, and audience insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Research competitors, creators, and cultural trends to discover new content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creators and content producers to develop engaging social content while continuously improving hooks, storytelling, and performance.
  • Support creator partnership and community growth strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Work with our paid media agency to review creative performance insights and support new content testing ideas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, brand marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, short-form content, creators, and social trends.
  • Ability to analyze content performance and identify ways to improve future content.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn trends and insights into content ideas.
  • Good understanding of branding, storytelling, and what makes content feel native to each platform.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience with DTC, lifestyle, fashion, design, or consumer brands is a plus.
