As the Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our email marketing programs while partnering with demand generation to shape multi-channel nurtures. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize full funnel email strategies including drip campaigns and nurture engagement streams.
  • Define goals and KPIs for email marketing programs and report on metrics such as engagement, MQLs, influenced pipeline, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to design strategies for nurturing audiences on paid advertising channels.
  • Establish processes for cross-functional integrated marketing and large “big rock” campaigns through effective project management.
  • Lead campaign production from copywriting, segmentation, testing, QA, launch to performance analysis.
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements (subject lines, copy, cadence, CTAs, AI email strategies) to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (i.e. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain overall database health.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in email, lifecycle, or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo or similar).
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, list segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting best practices.
  • Demonstrated success managing nurture programs and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Proven project management skills in leading marketing campaigns from ideation through execution.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on customer-centric, conversion-focused messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with the capability to set KPIs and report on campaign performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations teams.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Compensation:The national pay range for this role is$84,000 - $122,000. Additional compensation may include stock option awards, bonuses, merit increases, and potential sales commissions.
