Key Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Zapier, LinkedIn AI, Make.com)
• Automate repetitive processes such as outreach, screening, follow-ups, and data entry
• Work collaboratively with recruiters to understand challenges and develop scalable automation solutions
• Manage integrations between ATS, CRM, and third-party platforms to improve workflow efficiency
• Track and report on automation performance, including time savings and ROI
• Ensure all solutions are implemented with data privacy and ethical standards in mind (e.g. GDPR compliance)
• Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and usage
• Stay up to date with innovations in AI, machine learning, and recruitment tech
