You'll work closely with recruitment consultants and leadership teams to identify opportunities for automation across sourcing, engagement, and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Zapier, LinkedIn AI, Make.com)
- Automate repetitive processes such as outreach, screening, follow-ups, and data entry
- Work collaboratively with recruiters to understand challenges and develop scalable automation solutions
- Manage integrations between ATS, CRM, and third-party platforms to improve workflow efficiency
- Track and report on automation performance, including time savings and ROI
- Ensure all solutions are implemented with data privacy and ethical standards in mind (e.g. GDPR compliance)
- Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and usage
- Stay up to date with innovations in AI, machine learning, and recruitment tech
