Clinical Support Specialist
Position Summary
Allens Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about mental health, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to making a meaningful impact in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients with diverse behavioral and emotional needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree: in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Required)
- Licensure: (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) or license-eligible (Preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years experience in a behavioral health setting (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence
