Skip's Catering has been bringing tailgate style catering to Atlanta for over 25 years.

Role Description

This is a part-time (with commission) role for a customer relations and marketing member at Skip's Catering. Located in Avondale Estates, GA. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, finding and creating new leads and social media posts to help push the business to the next level ! This is a hybrid remote position.

Working Hours: ( Monday - Thursday 9:30- 1:00 )

Daily tasks include:

  • Client phone and email communication
  • Maintain CRM database with notes, reminders etc.
  • Discover new client leads
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Social Media posts across platforms
  • Create Email blasts for large scale marketing
  • Be the on-site rep for select events

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and account coordination skills
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts ( CRM )
  • Catering/ hospitality industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in relevant software or tools for communication and account management
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate across departments
