Position Overview
As we continue to expand, we're excited to welcome a new recruiter to join our dynamic and dedicated team. In this role as the Regional Sourcing Partner for Aveanna Healthcare, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews within a designated region. You will coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, conduct pre-screens to evaluate candidate eligibility and work closely with the regional leadership team to provide qualified candidates for consideration.

Hybrid in-office (5 min from Dallas Galleria Mall) days & remote. Must reside in the DFW area.Key Responsibilities
- Post and update requisitions for staffing needs in areas designated by location.
- Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by state and location guidelines; work with location staff to ensure sufficient candidate flow to assigned locations.
- Utilize online resources to source candidates for locations.
- Achieve goals and metrics related to sourcing candidates for assigned locations.
- Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork, and credibility.
- Implement sourcing strategies, including monitoring and evaluating various recruitment sources to produce optimal results.
- Assist in the on-going support of our Applicant Tracking System.
- Encourage a positive and intercommunicative environment between locations for the optimal utilization of caregivers.
- Support process improvement opportunities to enhance sourcing, recruiting, job offers and onboarding of qualified candidates in compliance with employment guidelines.
- Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends.
- Troubleshoot and recommend process enhancements to promote system and workflow efficiencies.
- Encourage a positive and intercommunicative environment between the sourcing team to promote optimal utilization of caregiver candidates.
- Participate in department calls as necessary; provide input, suggestions, and join additional group calls as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Competency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment; experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
- Act with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Apply logical and creative thinking to provide effective solutions to hiring managers and candidates.
- Minimal travel may be required.
- Must comply with all health-related requirements as an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, including required vaccinations and testing subject to applicable exemptions.
