POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III (COMPUTER OPERATOR II)

SALARY: SG - PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- (15%) Reviews and certifies the disbursement as to completeness and availability of cash and the purchases of goods or sources to availability of funds;
- (15%) Prepares and submits the required financial reports and statements and other report of requirement to the Commission on Audit (COA and other partner agencies);
- (15%) Implements the Quality Assurance (QA) systems procedures for disbursements and financial reports to standardize the proper accounting correct, complete and timely recording of government transactions and production of accurate and relevant report;
- (10%) Maintain and assist in the conduct of physical count of inventory and assist in purchasing.
- (10%) Received, sorts, files, and releases communication and other document
- (10%) Respond to public inquiries
- (10%) Prepares presentation materials and reports.
- (5%) Maintains records, reports and other pertinent documents.
- (5%) Supports timely preparation and submission of reports.
- (50%) Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Completion of two years studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational trade course
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Subprofessional) Data Encoder (MC 11, s. 96 - Cat I) First Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
- Good moral character and work ethics
- Can work under pressure

- Photocopy of National Certificate (NC) II
- Photocopy of transcript of records/diploma; and
- Photocopy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
