As theSupervisor – Program Management, you will manage day-to-day program activities and supervise a team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with established policies.Program business hours:Mon-Fri 8:30AM-8:00PM Eastern time with an 8.5-hour shift assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities per the scope of work, program guidelines, and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget.
- Supervise program operations including scheduling, training, and development of staff; may be client facing.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop policies, procedures, and business work plans.
- Assist in developing program metrics, monitor adherence to SLAs, and identify operational efficiencies.
- Resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.
- Document workflow processes and update training materials and project-specific procedures as needed.
- Supervisory Responsibility:Oversee 1–12 direct reports and coordinate with management to set team goals and expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience with strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in leading and developing a successful team; flexible schedule availability is required.
- Call center experience is preferred.
