Job Description
Position Overview
LN Concerts is seeking a Touring Promoter Rep/Production Manager to join Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. in Nashville, TN. This full-time or contract role is designed for a proactive individual responsible for overseeing 70–90 shows per year, ensuring seamless production and exceptional experiences for both artists and venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with talent buyers, venue staff, and artist camps to secure show details and budgets.
- Advance all production elements (sound, lighting, video, catering, hospitality, security, staffing, stagehand labor, etc.) between the artist camp and venue staff within six to eight weeks before the show.
- Source and book production vendors, caterers, backline vendors, transportation companies, and other production resources.
- Manage budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring accurate cost communication with the talent buyer/settlement accountant.
- Travel to shows to oversee production, address on-site needs, and ensure a quality experience for artists, venue staff, and ticket buyers.
- Assist in strategic planning and production initiatives, including supporting the Director of Production and advancing additional shows.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to remain calm and make quality decisions in high-pressure and stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between multiple parties (promoters, tour managers, venue managers, production teams, vendors).
- Strong autonomy with the capacity to ask for help when needed and handle tasks independently.
- Basic accounting skills for tracking expenses and managing budgets.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Dropbox.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
