Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics Intern:
  • Support the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reports.
  • Clean, validate, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Financial Analyst Intern:
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
  • Conduct analysis on loan performance, cost structures, and profitability.
  • Help prepare financial reports and investor presentations.
• Business Analyst Intern:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to support process improvement.
  • Map out workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Assist with documentation, requirement gathering, and cross‑functional meetings.
• Operations Analyst Intern:
  • Monitor and improve daily business processes with the operations team.
  • Analyze loan servicing operations, borrower engagement trends, and customer success metrics.
  • Participate in quality control, performance analysis, and internal reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Rising college juniors or seniors pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
