Position Overview

Pave is a market-leading compensation management platform that leverages AI and Machine Learning to transform compensation decisions for over 8,500 companies. As a Software Engineer – Frontend at an entry level, you will design and build data-rich systems that enhance the compensation lifecycle while working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.

Required Qualifications

• New graduates with significant internship experience or 1-2 years of frontend engineering experience.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Familiarity with building data-intensive applications and optimizing user-facing interfaces.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to balance speed with thoughtful technical decisions.
• Proven track record in thriving within fast-paced and collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at B2B SaaS companies, especially during periods of rapid growth or platform expansion.
