Position Overview

Are you ready to dive into the world of tax and accounting? We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Entry Level Accountant with phenomenal communication skills for our Golden, Colorado office. At ATBS, we support owner‑operator truck drivers – the backbone of America. By reconciling books, preparing tax returns, and providing expert guidance, you will play a critical role in helping hardworking small business owners keep their businesses between the lines. Since 1998, ATBS has been the trusted partner for individual owner‑operators and large fleets, serving over 14,000 recurring clients with a team of 140 employees across 10 departments and 2 offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively building a strong rapport with clients and guiding them through the tax process.
• Work closely with clients to identify every potential deduction, maximizing their savings.
• Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and local income tax returns to ensure compliance and peace of mind.
• Uphold ATBS’s unmatched standards for quality and due diligence, demonstrating pride and ownership in your work.
• Be a proactive team player, driving collaboration and contributing to the company’s overall success.
