In this role you will build trusted relationships with our network of engineering and sciences consultants under the Actalent brand or corporate professionals under the Aston Carter brand. Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Sourcing qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
- Screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, and ensuring alignment with their goals, skills, and interests
- Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for their new roles
- Performing relationship-building activities, including coaching for interviews, checking in on the first day, and maintaining engagement throughout employment
- Maintaining a network of consultants with top industry-specific skill sets
- Building trusted relationships to be seen as a partner in advancing candidates’ careers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
- Team-oriented collaboration experience
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a performance-based environment

- Initial base salary of $64,350 after hourly paid training period
- Top performers can earn up to $78,000 in year one, $140,000 in year two, and $205,000 in year five (2024 data)
