Position Overview

The Junior Account Executive is an entry-level role within our Wholesale Sales department, designed for individuals eager to start their careers in the mortgage industry. In this role, you will support an assigned Account Executive in managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will conduct outbound calls to recertify inactive brokers, sign-up new broker accounts, update clients on new products, document interactions in our CRM tool, and assist with special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach via phone calls to assigned brokers to offer assistance with new or existing loans.
  • Promptly transfer any broker requiring assistance to their assigned Account Executive.
  • Conduct outbound calls to recertify inactive brokers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to sign-up new broker accounts.
  • Provide updates on new products, systems, and procedures during outreach.
  • Document interactions with brokers using the company CRM tool (e.g., Insellerate).
  • Support the development of strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, systems, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with CRM or similar software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
