Position Overview

At Strive Marketing, we are more than just a digital agency; we are a growth partner for local businesses. As a detailed‐oriented and energetic Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our technical team, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and clients remain satisfied. This hybrid role is based in Sacramento, CA (in‐office required Tuesday through Thursday). Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Job Type: Full-time – Expected hours: 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients through email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Campaign Oversight: Monitor digital campaigns including SEO, web design projects, and paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Data Interpretation & Strategy: Review performance reports, analyze keyword rankings, conversions, and ROI, and clearly communicate the campaign’s success story.
  • Growth & Agency Reputation: Identify upsell opportunities and gather reviews for Strive Marketing with bonus incentives ($50 for a written review, $100 for a video review).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams and assist with general agency operations to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an agency environment; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
  • Local: Must reside in the Greater Sacramento area.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets); experience with ClickUp is highly preferred. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday, and experience with HighLevel CRM (or Hubspot/Salesforce) is a bonus.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex marketing concepts clearly.
  • Traits: Organized, results-driven, adaptable, and confident (comfortable leading video calls and presentations).
