Position Overview

Join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH, where you'll handle 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers using a consultative approach. With a Non-Negotiable Base Pay of $17.75/hour plus Uncapped Commission potential, you can achieve 1st Year On-Target Earnings of $68,000. No sales experience is required as full-time, paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
• Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
• Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals
• Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work full-time on-site
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Own a smartphone/device with an active network connection
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screen (may include a drug test and DMV check)
