Position Overview

The New Home Builder Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with home builders and developers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the residential home building or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
