Job Description

Position Overview

Become a part of the Pay O Matic Team! We are looking for customer service representatives who actively engage with customers, providing them with basic information regarding Pay O Matic bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Use POS system for all transactions.
  • Work in confined areas while adhering to the Company’s security/safety policies and procedures.
  • Open and close the store when required.
  • Adapt in the face of workplace stressors, including heavy verbal customer service demands.
  • Perform transactions while upholding banking compliance rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a harmonious work environment through mutual respect.
  • Adhere to designated store hours: Thursday 2–9 pm, Friday 3–10 pm, Saturday and Sunday 1–9 pm.
  • Float to other locations in the area as needed.
  • Work independently and remain comfortable working alone.
  • Work on weekends and holidays as required, with the understanding that overtime may be necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • One to two years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Superb customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer operator.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to accept change quickly.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
