Job Description
Position Overview
Become a part of the Pay O Matic Team! We are looking for customer service representatives who actively engage with customers, providing them with basic information regarding Pay O Matic bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Use POS system for all transactions.
- Work in confined areas while adhering to the Company’s security/safety policies and procedures.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Adapt in the face of workplace stressors, including heavy verbal customer service demands.
- Perform transactions while upholding banking compliance rules and regulations.
- Maintain a harmonious work environment through mutual respect.
- Adhere to designated store hours: Thursday 2–9 pm, Friday 3–10 pm, Saturday and Sunday 1–9 pm.
- Float to other locations in the area as needed.
- Work independently and remain comfortable working alone.
- Work on weekends and holidays as required, with the understanding that overtime may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient computer operator.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility and a willingness to accept change quickly.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
