Salary: $31.53 - $52.24
Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus; $10,000 Relocation Bonus
Schedule: Full time, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Location: 3100 E FLETCHER AVE, TAMPA, Florida 33613

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's of Nursing [Required]
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse Florida License (RN) [Required]
  • Qualifications: Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required]
  • Qualifications: APEX Innovations NIHSS [Required]

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
  • Experience Required: Experience in a specialty area(s) [Preferred]
