Come and work in a professional, service-oriented environment. Current opening available for an individual to assist our Vice President/Technology in maintaining the credit union's system software, hardware, communication, and technical equipment. They will work out of the corporate office in Orem.

We are looking for the following qualities, skills, and experience:

  • Tech savvy with a working knowledge of current Windows OS standards and practices;
  • Two to four years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance;
  • Degree in IT or experience preferred; other related certifications may be helpful;
  • Possesses a good understanding of computer systems, networking, printers, mobile devices, and other tech products;
  • Has the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve basic/intermediate technical issues;
  • Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and is people-oriented, and cool-tempered;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;

Related-field students are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role helpful.

Work Schedule and Location

  • Full-time work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:50 am-5:50 pm
  • Main work location at 1510 N State Street, Orem UT
  • Six branch locations in northern Utah county
  • Travel to branch locations may be required periodically
