  <ul style="padding-left:20px;margin:10px 0;">
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science from an accredited university.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Required one (1) year of experience in the development, updating, or testing of computer software or hardware.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Must have one of the following certifications: <strong>CCNA-Security, CySA+, Security+ CE, GICSP, GSEC, CND or SSCP</strong>.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Requires <strong>U.S. Citizenship</strong> and an active government security clearance.</li>
