Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to lead and support our agency's social media presence, digital advertising, and community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile)
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns (Meta ads, Google Ads, local targeting)
• Develop educational and promotional content related to auto, home, renters, and life insurance
• Track performance metrics and provide monthly marketing reports
• Support local community marketing efforts and event promotion
• Help maintain website content and landing pages
• Research marketing trends and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with agency leadership on campaigns that drive quote requests and appointments

Qualifications

• Major in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or Entrepreneurship
• Completed coursework in:
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Strategy
• Consumer Behavior
• Advertising or Brand Management
• Data Analytics or Marketing Research
• Content creation (posts, reels, short-form video)
• Basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Express)
• Copywriting for promotions and education-based content
• Understanding of social media algorithms
• Analytics awareness (engagement, reach, conversion basics)
• Organized and deadline-driven
