 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Manage high-profile projects/programs in a PMO environment.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps Boards to track project progression.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Run daily stand-ups and sprint meetings to keep the project on track with deadlines.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ensure that team members are aligned on priorities.</li>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Experience Required:</strong> 5-7 years of experience managing IT and SDLC projects in a PMO environment.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.</li>
