Vehicle Operations Associate

Position Overview

Service Associate – Base Operations (Miami, FL) – Full-Time, Contract, On-Site. Join the team supporting the future of autonomous mobility. We’re hiring Service Associates to keep fleet operations running smoothly for a leading self-driving vehicle company.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Location: Miami, FL (On-site)

(Full-time, usually 30+ hours per week | Expected hours: 40 per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of vehicles: cleaning, fueling/charging, and ensuring readiness
• Support mission prep: launch software, verify configurations, capture data, and escalate issues
• Organize and move vehicles, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Assist with documentation and operational readiness tasks
• Provide hands-on support to technicians (fluid changes, part swaps, wiring checks)
• Help with testing activities: traffic control, cone courses, support vehicle driving

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of work experience (automotive, fleet, logistics, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for shifts, and use carts/dollies
• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a “get it done” attitude
• Willingness to comply with background check, drug screen, and MVR check
• Experience with LiDAR, radar, cameras, and compute modules: 1 year
