This immersive training program begins on Monday, November 10, 2025, and is designed for those with a technical foundation or professional experience. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in immersive technical training sessions and hands-on learning experiences.
• Develop and enhance software development skills using technologies such as Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers and mentors to resolve challenges and build real-world projects.
• Contribute to a two-year client project experience while applying learned skills in practical scenarios.
• Engage actively in team discussions and technical problem-solving sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6 months of programming experience through academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work. Experience in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin is required.
• Additionally, possession of either a recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) or 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation.
